Lesson Learned :)

So, I'm born in a family of doctors, what I mean is that both of my parents are doctor. As other normal parents, they wanted one, two, or all their kids to follow their path. I'm a second from 3 children. I got brilliant (even genius, I must say) brother and sister. And I know that my IQ was average, so I called myself as the dumbest of them all.

For them, it's just need a wink to know school stuffs, for me, I have to read 2 times - even three times - just to understand it. I know it sounded like something unfair. Why are these people don't have to work so much hard to earn what they've earned? Why are they still can be slim even they eat more than myself? Why god, you've created so much human in the world, why ME?

I kept questioning these situation, as if I'm the black sheep of my family. But a friend of mine once told me.

It's not that God is being unfair to you. It shows how God be nice to you. Maybe your brother and sister did get all that they earned easily, but they never learnt how to struggle. Perhaps they don't really know how to control appetite, because they don't need one. But later when you all grow up, they'll get fat because they don't use to control their appetite. It's God's way of being fair to you, dear friend.

Thanks, my friend. Your words kept me stronger and stronger. Every obstacle in our lifes don't get us in misery, they do make us stronger and stronger. It's not that God treated you unfair, it's just God's way to be nice to you. Lesson learned!
